Our Story

Eden Allied Services was born from the belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity and purpose, regardless of disability. Recognizing a growing need for trustworthy, compassionate in-home support services in Virginia, our founders created a company dedicated to providing reliable care that empowers individuals and strengthens families.

From the outset, we have focused on building collaborative relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and community partners. This approach allows us to design support plans that reflect each individual’s aspirations, cultural background, and personal preferences.

As we grow, we continue to refine our services to stay aligned with emerging best practices, ensuring that every person we serve receives the support they need to lead a meaningful, independent life.

Eden Allied Services is a Virginia‑licensed provider of in‑home support services devoted to empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, safe and independent lives. Based in Virginia, we partner closely with families, guardians, support coordinators and case managers to deliver tailored, person‑centred support in the comfort of each individual’s home.

Our trained caregivers assist with daily living skills, personal care, community engagement and respite care. We believe that every person deserves dignity, respect and the right to make meaningful choices about their own life, a principle emphasized by other respected providers in our field, who note that people with disabilities must have the right to exercise personal choice and make meaningful decisions in their lives. This belief underpins all of our services. We combine compassion with professionalism, ensuring that families can trust us to safeguard their loved ones, promote independence and nurture a sense of belonging in the community.

Our Leadership

Founder & Program Director

Christianah brings more than a decade of experience in developmental disability services, case management, residential operations, and healthcare leadership. Her multidisciplinary academic background encompasses Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Instructional Design, and Psychology, providing a strong foundation for strategic leadership, workforce development, regulatory accountability, and person-centered service delivery.

Her background in psychology is especially valuable in the developmental disability field because effective support requires more than completing daily tasks. It requires an informed understanding of human behavior, communication, emotional needs, motivation, relationship-building, and the ways individuals respond to change, stress, and their environment. This perspective enables Christianah to lead services that recognize the whole person, respect individual differences, and promote trust, confidence, choice, and meaningful independence.

As a certified Mandt instructor, she also brings specialized knowledge in respectful communication, relationship-based support, safety, and crisis prevention. Christianah leads Eden Allied Services with strategic vision, professional integrity, and a firm commitment to delivering compassionate, dependable, and high-quality support.
