Our Story
Eden Allied Services was born from the belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity and purpose, regardless of disability. Recognizing a growing need for trustworthy, compassionate in-home support services in Virginia, our founders created a company dedicated to providing reliable care that empowers individuals and strengthens families.
From the outset, we have focused on building collaborative relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and community partners. This approach allows us to design support plans that reflect each individual’s aspirations, cultural background, and personal preferences.
As we grow, we continue to refine our services to stay aligned with emerging best practices, ensuring that every person we serve receives the support they need to lead a meaningful, independent life.
Eden Allied Services is a Virginia‑licensed provider of in‑home support services devoted to empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, safe and independent lives. Based in Virginia, we partner closely with families, guardians, support coordinators and case managers to deliver tailored, person‑centred support in the comfort of each individual’s home.
Our trained caregivers assist with daily living skills, personal care, community engagement and respite care. Christianah is a distinguished healthcare executive and Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Eden Allied Services, a Virginia-based provider of person-centered in-home support services. With over a decade of leadership experience in developmental disabilities, case management, and healthcare operations, she brings strong expertise in compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery.
Under her leadership, the organization provides In-Home Support Services, Personal Assistance Support, and Respite Care Services, focused on promoting independence, safety, and dignity for individuals served. She is recognized for building effective systems, leading high-performing teams, and driving measurable improvements in care quality and regulatory compliance.
Christianah holds advanced degrees in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, and Instructional Design, and is a certified Mandt Instructor specializing in safety and crisis intervention training.
She leads Eden Allied Services with a commitment to operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and high-quality care, establishing the organization as a trusted and reliable provider for clients, families, and referral partners.
